By downloading, installing, or using ZoneBlock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
ZoneBlock is an iOS application that helps users maintain focus and productivity by:
You must be at least 13 years old to use ZoneBlock. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control.

ZoneBlock may offer a free trial period for Premium features. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is displayed in the App and on our website. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods after the change.
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate information in the App, including zone locations and app selections.
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements (iOS 17.0 or later) and maintaining necessary permissions for the App to function.
While Driving Mode is designed to help reduce distractions, you remain solely responsible for safe driving. Do not rely solely on the App for road safety. Always follow traffic laws and drive responsibly.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your device to preserve your ZoneBlock settings and zones.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all devices or iOS versions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZoneBlock and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, is owned by ZoneBlock and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. You must delete the App from all devices. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
